Sleepless night

I think everyone has had bouts of insomnia!

Sleepless night

As I yawn

signaling me

its time for bed

the minute I hit

the pillow,

even though its soft

it seems I'm

heading for another

sleepless night!

My sleepless nights come when I am thinking of something I want to write in a new poem & then other times I don't have a clue what is causing another sleepless night. We can be so tired from a days work but can't get to sleep until our mind & body can relax. This little poem is thought provoking.
