Guitar Man

 

Vampire Igor played in a rock band

That travelled from town to town

Known as the man with the golden hand

Who couldn’t put his guitar down

 

Late at night he turned to fright

And chug-a-lugged beer after beer

Then went with his night vision sight  

And gobbled down anyone near

 

Night after night, at site after site

This routine he kept repeatin

Soon no one listened to the music he played

Cause the audience had all been eaten

I don't recall 'the Bread'
Was that during the elvis era? After Elvis, I don't remember much other than the Beetles, no longer driving around in my hot rods with the stereo cranked annoying all the citizenry

That's as may be, but just don't misspell Beatles in front of me, lol. Remember it this way: John liked the name Buddy Holly and the Crickets, so he turned his attention to the etymological (bug) world.
Coming up with Beetles, he tweaked it a bit.
"We will be Beatles," he said, "With an A; like beat music." So they were ever after, Beatles with an A.
Or you can remember how to spell it by having their logo tattooed on your wrist, as I have...

Yeah, I'd love to find someone who needs lyrics. I am terrible at putting words to music, but I can do lyrics. Give me a subject or topic, and I can be done in anywhere from 10 minutes to half an hour.I have always been strange like that.

Your rhyme & rhythm are strong as you tell this tale with good pacing, building up the suspense to a surprise ending that is well worded for laughs.
