DelusionsA Poem by Juliette LaBelleI wrote this for someone on a different site. Here's to you my ghoulish friend. My mind paints a ghostly image. Double vision, Two sights overlapping. One is real, I'm sure it is. I think it is... Is it? The other is horror, Pain, Death. The bodies of the damned, Swimming in my head. I'm falling apart, As the demons claw at my sanity. This one is not real. I know it's not. I feel it's not. I fear it is. I lay, screaming. Dying in my mind. Until my angel wakes me to her light. She pets my cheek, "I promise it's alright." And her love glues me back together. © 2011 Juliette LaBelleAuthor's Note
