Morning rant

They say misery loves company
I’d say company hates misery!

Don’t visit me again
If that’s the only thing
You can discuss
Over coffee ☕️ And maybe
A nice egg sandwich with lettuce Mayo

Though I’d never say it to anyone !

I roll my eyes inward silently
As I tell me myself and I
in the mirror
About the bad night I just had

I slept bad
My muscles ache
My bowels and ureter twitch all night
My cramps wake me
My nightmare shouts me awake literally
My diabetic thirst is never quenched
And my hot flushes flashed at least #3

Ok I say to myself
Through dark shadowy eyes

Go away misery guts
Breathe
Breathe
Look out the window
Hear the birds
See the sun
And Thank God you woke up
Another day !
