the mantra
of the masses
She is well versed

in braying

We should not name
her claim to fame

vapid proverbs
But notice this
no one voted for this
but the “other guy”
is the threat
to democracy

Agreed. With his many years of business experience, and some good gut instincts too; definitely the best option at present. The US economy really thrived, during most years of his previous presidency; and no international wars started "on his watch".!

Well, dear. Elon Musk and I can happily agree with you. It's not so much that I admire Mr. Trump but that I am far more confident in his ability not to lead us into a global war than the current administration. Donald is a brilliant negotiator, the author of, The Art of the Deal is no stranger to compromise. And he represents America well with his larger than life personality and his bold, brash attitude. Trump takes a bullet to the head, gets up bleeding and raises a fist in defiance, yelling, fight. Kamala trembles with rage like a spoiled two year old throwing a tantrum in an interview with Fox News. I'll sleep much better at night knowing she is nowhere near the nuclear codes. I will definitely be voting for Donald Trump. And it's nice to know one of the brightest minds on the entire planet (Elon) is supporting Mr. Trump as well. Our polls just opened today for early voting. Peace, love and light, F.

Living in the States sounds like hell at the moment. I think both the candidates are quite incompetent, and let's face it, even american left wing is pretty right leaning compared to the rest of the western world.
I have personally noticed that there is a rising trend of a bastardized version of trad values and misogyny among young american men at the moment. I don't have a problem with traditional lifestyle or values but when they're rooted in misogyny and hate, it's problematic. I don't get why people support trump when he is a felon, self proclaimed misogynist and has made utterly bizarre statements during the covid pandemic (like asking doctors to inject sanitizers in patients' veins to cure them). I try to stay away from politics because it's mentally taxing and i haven't met a politician who wasn't a liar but extremists on both sides of the spectrum annoy me. And misogyny and medical misinformation annoys me even more which is why i have never liked trump.

He is a case study in severe narcissistic personality disorder... no one needs that 'person'. Violence is not the answer however. What is more strange to me, is that support for or against this 'person' has basically stayed the same. No one is on the fence. Even an assassination attempt isn't really swaying anyone's opinion... that's how dug in and hard line most people have become... that's the real problem. Clown face is going to be gone in a couple years one way or another... his supporters will remain however. What will they do? I see a massive wave of mental illness coming for the American population... adding to the already large current problem, and the lack of mental hospitals... in America we just put our insane in prison. Or run them for office if they have enough money and pop support.

75 miles from the atlantic ocean
surrounded on 3 sides of swamp and wetlands/salt marsh
i am where i have chosen to be and reserve all rights to b***h about this or that as i see fit HA!
only real change i might make would be lose 5 or so pounds and add more flower beds

I believe my brother's words afterwards were, "we just lived through another major world event". I don't know how much we may or may not need him but regardless of political leanings, no one deserves to be shot at like that. I'm sure many people were holding their breath until that moment where he popped up again. He's certainly shown that he's going to stick with the fight, guess now we just have to see how it all plays out.
