With doom and gloom on media last three years I write an inspirational poem here Yes it’s hard to centre in on ourselves not worry etc I know that fully well

We need to make our own reality
Not be guided by media
Saying do this
Or this is how it should be

Just live our lives
Catch the wind
Catch the rain
Soak the sun up
If there is any

And breathe in deep
out in out in
In steady rhythm of your
Own being your own life
Not anyone else’s

Don’t be hypnotised
The television will do that
Quite easily
Sitting aimlessly
Putting our life on hold
Glued to a screen
A brainwashing machine

With all of what’s happening in the
World
Centre yourself
In the hours you keep
Yes pray for peace
Pray for an end to the tyranny
Yes pray for our kids
Pray pray pray
Then realise it’s your life

Don’t waste it on too much worry
Worry will not change a thing

Have faith pray
Live your life
Minutes tick by
Ever so sneakily
silently

I am a firm believer in worrying doesn't solve or fix anything and that the television and the internet for that matter have pretty much taken over the minds of many in the world today.
