Astonishing You.

Astonishing You.

A Poem by Autumn Soleil

I look in the mirror, and all that I see
Is an imperfect, repulsive version of me.

I look at your face, radiant and glowing,
personality polished, funny, and easygoing.

I hate myself, what else is there to do,
but sit by myself and wish I were you.

What did I do, to be left in this state,
sitting here sulking, meat on the devils plate.

Please give me something, something to do
to make me half as beautiful as astonishing you.
