A Poem by Julie Butler

Liar you lie there
like a prey hunting spider
waiting for flies
or half blind admirers
in your web made of falsehoods
your hearts hard like fossils
I thought it would be good
until i laid down horizontal
but you're only partially harmful
cause i too get rather hostile
once i gargle what you marvel in
& swallow all your awful

Your rhyme's pretty good. Even in your muse there's a shade of prime-rhyme. Very nice. Liked reading it. Short. Simple & Effective poetry you've pen'd on!
