The Story of Jack and Jill

The Story of Jack and Jill

A Poem by Jukebox
"

Too many teens underestimate the reality of participating in sexual activity. This is just a rhyming story about the truth of the matter and what so many teenagers overlook.

"

Once Upon A Time…

Jack saw a girl named Jill walking down the street

Jill saw Jack too and was hoping they could meet

Jack thought Jill was hot

Jack had a pretty smile and nice body Jill thought

Jack and Jill fell “in love”

Jack and Jill began to hold hands, kiss, and hug.

One day something happened that changed things from then on.

Nine months later Jill gave birth to a son.

Jack was shocked. How could he not have known?

He wondered how he could ever call this baby his own.

Jill knew this would be a big change

But the baby’s smile made her realize she couldn’t give him away.

Jack decided to take the easy way out

He walked out the door without giving it a second thought

Jill’s mouth dropped open and tears began to stream

She got into this mess and all hope was lost it seemed.

The one person she thought she could rely on walked away

She had to be strong for the sake of this new baby today

Jack and Jill walked up that hill not understanding the consequence

They both fell down because of ignoring their common sense

Jill made a mistake that changed the rest of her life

Jack took advantage of the circumstance and in the end wouldn’t take Jill as his wife

That special and first opportunity they blew

By becoming one and then parting as two.
