Walls

Walls

A Poem by Jenneka
"

Yet another piece from the past. I wrote this two years ago at 13 years old.

"

I can't watch you two,

And you'll never tell.

She's all over you,

And giving me hell.

My stomache is sick.

My knees, getting weak.

My throat, growing dry.

Wondering why I can't speak.

Breaking through the walls

Between what's real and fake.

I just can't take it all,

Escape to the world that I make.

Breaking down, no turning back.

Just look around, what have we become?

Can't stand the sound of her kissing your neck.

I fall to the ground. Tell me, what have you done?

Where have we gone?

We're crumbling down.

What have we done?

Pure loathing I've found

Unconsoius I fall,

But you'll never see

The hurt in it all,

The pain inside me.

Away from it all, I see my death happen.

I broke through the walls, now I stand outside laughing.
