Education System

from my experience in school

"No more questions",
says the teacher,
her only focus is,
to finish syllabus on time.

Incharge provides solutions,
in the middle of the test.
He cares about his school's reputation,
and forgets the rest.

Money gives the admission test,
money gives the exam,
Teachers come to photoshoot,
with their fancy big smiles.

Students pass the school's test,
but when put on life's test,
'poor performance' or 'failure',
is all they ever get.

my classmate even named the newly introduced CCE( continous and comprehensive evaluation system ) as COPY CAT EVALUATION.

This is true, sad and concerning. Students dont take examinations seriously these days and things like these are just encouraging them to continue as they wish. But little do they know that in the long run, things will turn ugly.

I agree with you ayesha, yes for many of the times I was shot because of this indifferences not in school or in academic level, but in getting Govt job. It is so ridiculous sometimes money plays over talent and some other time quota for castes its just pissing every talented mind..

But I can't be agree with you because there still some teachers who are sincerely trying ti reach their oath but they bound with Govt or school mangement by the time, in a restricted time they can play their role fairly what about children, keeping all this in mind time and syllabus should be decided and then you can see atleast a little change in system.

I agree with you.
In school we are taught everything from history to English. But have they once told us anything that would help us in life? Leaving the values taught to us when we are 5-6.
Have they ever told us to fight? To be strong? Have they ever told us anything that would happen in life and how to face it?
Teachers scold a different child. Have they ever tried to help him/her? In my opinion all my teachers teach just for money. Only a few have that passion inside them.
Money is the only thing that school cares about. Our feelings our neglected. We are never allowed to put our opinion.
Getting admission is also not an easy task. Lakhs of money has to be spent when education is the right of everyone? It's all an act. An act to control innocent minds. And if they fail once they are considered different.

I agree with your thoughts. Teachers are different. Here in the USA is the same. Forgot every child is different. Teach less or more. School should prepare kids for life. Not making them robots. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.

the education system now adays is everything but educational though its not my university because its very diffiult, but i do say that failure in school is not failure,because when you fail it means you dont know half of the things you are supposed to know.. but God knows what others think..
