Memories of us,
two years back,
when we used to fight,
maybe that was your pass-time.

You irritated me like hell,
and supported me as well.
You were like a rock-music,
filled with energy and madness.

And after a while,
I was addicted to you.
I can't tell if it was love,
but it felt so good with you.

Then my instincts told me "no".
I dont know why i felt so.
Maybe, it was fear of your rejection.
So, i broke contact and let go.

It was painful for both of us.
So, you decided, and followed your gut.
You said the three magical words
and made me the happiest girl in the world.

This is really a fantastic and romantic love story with personal reverence where you felt comfort in the presence of your friend lover and I could not understand why did you apply your mindful instincts and stopped yourself for the real love you felt for. Love is a divine feeling and it can not be possible without spiritual sanctity.
With feelings your poem is superb yet some grammatical corrections or proof reading is needed. Hoping for more romantic verses....
