Fool your heart

the idea came from 3idiots, aamir khan said "rest your hand on heart and say 'all is well', everything will be fine" , something like this.

When you're crying in pain,
or fearing of rejection,
just say to your heart,
"hey buddy, you are strong enough!"
When struck in between river,
and the shore's so far,
just believe "its a magical world",
and keep rowing,
till you reach that far.
Heart's a kid,
which need to be teached.
It fears, it cries;
without trying to know,
where's the bright side.
Just fool your heart,
because you have plans big enough,
no place for sadness or hurt.
A belief can change the world.
So, why not believe,
its a beautiful world?

Author's Note

"fooling" is not always bad, specially if it can arise a hope in depressed hearts.

Quiet interesting to read. Happy to read such beautiful insights. . . it makes me smile. Yes, the heart`s a kid.. a poor--kiddo. And, we can give it any work to do and without asking we can order it to make it complete and i`m sure, it`ll make it complete cos, "An employee can never refuse what his boss orders" (as long as the order`s sensible.. lol). Exactly Ayesha I agree fooling heart might work sometimes but I wish to do it with all my conscious mind because I don't want to fool my heart again. Fooling heart means you are drugging it with something which will be needed by heart everytime when facing the same situation.
You can do it when you're sure of not facing the same situation.

It is a work full of wishful thinking. However, In my opinion one needs to be truthful to their heart as it may not like it but makes it stronger. Heartbreaks are inevitable but strength to sustain it is the only way we can live life with honesty. Otherwise it is all lies and meaningless. Fools' paradise I will say. But I enjoyed the read.

fooling, here, is not about cheating on how we feel, but trying a different perception. like if dad scold us, we feel upset, but if any stranger or teacher scold us, we not get that upset. we get hurt only of the things, which we suppose could hurt us.
