Repitition.

Repitition.

A Poem by Juan Victor

Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey. Hi.
How are you? Do, Do you know me? Do I, I know you?
Why are you here? Are you taking me out?
Ha.I'm paying, so I'm taking you out.
I opened your door, I I drove you home.
Grateful? Well? I'm just kidding.
Can I go inside? Can Can I ta-take your clothes off?
Too fast? Too slow? Can I kiss you? Wow, you're kissing me, me.
Am I I getting lucky? Am I getting laid? Do you love me?
Do I love you? Nobody kno-knows. No-nobody cares.
Hey, a-are you awake? Sleeping, I bet, in my bed, 2 inches of bed between us.
The kids are alright, our grand kids are in their bellies.
We're set. Grow old. Grow. Wrinkly? Are you asking me? Me too.
Funny. Don't laugh. That wa-was fast. I didn't even blink.
It's called living. It's called love.
Good bye, good bye, good bye, good bye, good bye, good bye. Good night.

I just thought how easy love is without the loving.

Amusing, juan--and a bit terrifying, to me, at least.
At my age, life--with the love and the living--seems to have gone by, just that fast.
Perhaps for reasons you never intended, as well as for those you did, an eye-opening bit of work.
