Simplest thing is to tale a story

Standing around.

  Nothing going on.

Feeling the silence.

Moment calls.

Nothing contrived,

  just a story.

Personas change,

  and so does the story,

    but each time it was the time to tell.

Writing is certainly your "Dear diary" moments Jon and your words always resonate the emotions, lack of emotions and that thing that rings true in our minds that we cannot always quite grasp.
The person as and story may change, but they are all the parts of you that connect into a biography of saying what you see and calls a spade a spade, not a manufactured digging implement.
I'm glad you leave the spin to the politicians. 😁
