One for AngelA Poem by Jon Roggie
No pictures,
you can't prove it. Angel has mentioned her moments with John, and I have mentioned time with the Sinatra's. I still have a decanter on my shelf. We tell our stories, knowing most won't believe. My father was a milkman. One of his routes was Palm Springs in the early 1970's. Forget the pictures. I remember the boxes of candy. All of the odd Christmas items. I was a kid. I agreed with Frank's mom. The ice cream didn't taste right. Never dismiss the stories. Part of life. Now I have to remember whose guitar my dad bought.
