Lose myself in the story

Lose myself in the story

A Story by Jon Roggie

I am only halfway,
and I have went through a few emotional changes.

Reading a book by Neil Peart.
I guess this could be a review in the middle.
The book is called Ghost RIder.
   Travels on the healing road.

For those who do not recognize the name,
 he is an amazing drummer.
He also wrote a bunch of the lyrics for a little band called Rush.

Since it is not my story,
I can only try to explain my reactions.
You get to read it yourself.

First,
at times I don't like him.
He comes across a bit pretentious.

Yeah,
I am dogging someone who created music I still lose myself in.

I am also dodging around why he wrote the book.

You get to find that out yourself.

The thing is I can understand his tone.

He gives so much of his life in the story.

I find myself riding along.

He's been around for a while; I remember his name in connection with Buddy Rich...wouldn't have thought he would still be goin at them drums--he was good, as I recall; I mean way better than most.
I'll make it a point to read some of him.

He writes in a conversational mode. First story from him I have read, Hard to describe.
