Running for my life

Running for my life

A Story by Jon Roggie

I realize this is not the normal run of events,
 but try to follow me.

The purple gorilla is not pleased.

His cage is shredded in seconds.

I am skipping up the escalator,
and hitting the button on the elevator.

In these kinds of moments,
 you get to think.

First,
I have a giant purple gorilla chasing me.
This should stop any other questions.

Second,
how does a house out in the boon docks have an elevator,
    and an escalator?

The elevator door opens.
