I refuse

I refuse

A Story by Jon Roggie

Just to be clear,
I am going to mention the aches,
   and pains.

Yes.
  I am going to complain.

The thing is I could just sit there.

Well,
 to be honest,
  I am sitting there.

I have to make my hands work.

I refuse to lose my voice.

Some might wonder why I worry.

I can still tell a story,
but my hands are part of the story.

There are so many stories left to be told.
