They don't always work

They don't always work

A Poem by Jon Roggie

Time of second-guessing.
I am trying to learn restraint.
Disrupts the flow of the story.
I refrain from brutal honesty.
Well.
  I do try.
People picking fresh corn...
I could have been out of here in minutes...
"What's going on?"
I slipped into 4 Non Blondes.
All I can do is read a book to stay awake...
Blind Melon
