Mentally broken can't decipher what is good nor evil. Their psychology has been tormented by either false prophecies, internal hatred and revenge, or simply the need to show power that they can no longer accept their actions as being wrong till the adrenaline rush, and the god-like high surpasses.

There are so many reasons that this(shooting) happened . To address and to take steps to prevent them from happening again is a process. Till then all we can do is pray that another shooting won't happen and pray For the victims .
