Watching a movie

Watching a movie

A Poem by Jon Roggie

Time to shrug away the present,
and relax in a momentary distraction.

Let myself drift in a cinematic dream.

Images dance,
primed to bring forth the wanted reaction.

Each a pale echo,
trying to breathe life into a scene.

i hope you remembered the popcorn and twizzlers, it could be a long move...our reflections often are...and no intermission.

I decided on Dots, and an abba zaba. Those things last forever.
