Momentary solitude

Momentary solitude

A Poem by Jon Roggie

Chance to pause.
Worth a few hours of sleep.

Day finished,
  and with some accomplishments.

Now,
  music playing,
    rambling.

Soothing the soul.

Preparing for the next day.

yes, I agree, sometimes the need to have some "me time" over rides the needs of sleep and /or the needs of others, it's a must have in order to hang onto a semblance of sanity, take your much needed breaks when you can get them! The rest of us will just have to understand :)
