Building personalities

I have been told I take a different approach.

  Let me be honest,

    there is a bit of rhyme,

      and maybe a touch of reason.

When you start to write something,

 and you know it will be barely looked at,

   why not throw out any of the standard practices?

If I don't feel my voice does a character justice,

 I have no problem giving someone else their voice.

While some might be thrown off by this,

 I just see a way to add to the flavor of the story.

Some stories need more than one voice.

i like this...especially the idea that we write pieces and imagine no one will read them...so we can say, well, i will just do it my way...

When I was younger, I enjoyed a few shared universe series. The interplay of the characters was amazing. I still think the various authors were just having fun.
I have no clue if anyone will read anything I write, so why should I dwell on it? I only wanted to create a story.
