Tub of Ice Part IV

Tub of Ice Part IV

A Story by Jon Roggie

I grasp two friendly hands,
and give each a sad smile.

"Here we are again.
  Stories to be told,
and questions waiting to be asked."

Now,
if I were to follow a common timeline,
the narrative would make more sense.

Sorry.

I grew tired of a linear approach,
 and wandered.

The results have been curious.

Anne slaps me upside the head.

"Can you do this?"

I can't help but smile,
with so many easy lines running through my mind.

"I was born for this."

Oh, my goodness. Just enough to tantalize and still my laundry waits...

I will be honest. I am used to writing very short pieces. This one seems to keep growing.
