Learning process

A Poem by Jon Roggie

If I would settle for the life around me,
with no attempt to make a change,
  it would be a waste.

As time passes,
 we are given opportunities.

We get to make simple choices.

It might not matter,
at least in the so called larger world,
  but they make a difference.

In a moment,
you might change something in the path,
  altering a life.

Sitting complacently is always an option.
Snug in your own little world.

Letting life move along.

The world stays the same.

Sorry.
Not the option I would choose.

your old school wisdom is coming through again...
choices, decisions... sometimes they are permanent so should not be made lightly

Slipped up. I was going for something light in nature.
Me neither.

I like how you lay out the choices. Blue pill or red?

The red pill still only gives partial meaning.
