Uninvited guest

Uninvited guest

A Poem by Jon Roggie

To be honest,
 this describes my writing.

I am the one who shows up at the party,
 and starts having conversations.

Some wonder who I know,
but it would be rude to ask.

Gives me just enough leeway.

I get to wander back and forth.

Occasionally,
I might even make some sense.

Worse comes to worse,
 I might make you smile.

One of our fellow poets likes to use "just words".
I had to settle for just another ramble.
A wonderful little gem that did make me smile. Love the ending. Great work here! :) Julie

Playing around before I go back to my story. Glad you liked it.
