Don't dwell on the moment

Don't dwell on the moment

A Poem by Jon Roggie

We live in a time of instant imagery.
Anything happens,
and it is before our eyes.

Overwhelming.

Don't let it stop you.

Yes,
the memory will still be there,
and might cause you to pause.

You still have to go back into motion.

We can never understand the random insanity.

We can only try to live.

Now,
if you might try to help others along the way...

Sorry,
  I might be overthinking this.

After all,
  wouldn't want to dwell.
