I can only share a touch

I can only share a touch

A Poem by Jon Roggie

Let me be honest.
If I were to tell you everything,
  I would have forgot something.

I live in a life of constant motion.

Odd circumstances add to the story.

Friend of mine still swears they stole my bass line.
Movie soundtrack, and I think it was all in the timing.

I just know I have stories.

Each one different,
 and all full of life.

Honest and true words Jon. I truly believe all things done should not be shared. Each of us had tested life light and dark sides. You are right Jon. Most of us have many tale to be shared. Thank you Jon for sharing the outstanding poetry.

Thank you. I was feeling a bit nostalgic.

Good to look at the past. The past teach us to be wiser. You are welcome Jon.
not sure if it's just my phone being weird, but the small space for the last line in a few of those stanzas was pretty smart. it really got my attention. we each are different and can share a small amount of our lives.

the line "movie soundtrack, and I think..." kind of confused me because I don't think it was clear what you were trying to say. maybe that's just me.

great theme in a great poem.
