Constant meditation

Constant meditation

A Poem by Jon Roggie
"

I blame Corset for this one.

"
I often feel tired,
 not from the effort,
but being required to make the attempt.

The world is always going to be there,
and I had to find a way to cope.

Writing has turned into an outlet,
but it is only an extra pressure valve.

I seek nature,
 and the feeling.

No need for words,
 constant flow of being.

So,
I try from day to day.
Harness the emotions.
Attempt to understand what is happening.
Maybe change the world I am seeing.

Part of growing into a better human being.

being tired from being required to make the attempt...I know that feeling well, where the thought is its own burden and weighs too much to think about.
We can but try to be that better person, your words here are proof of their worth.
