I don't know what my words will mean

I don't know what my words will mean

A Poem by Jon Roggie

I know what I am saying,
but I don't know what you hear.

Please,
 don't take me wrong.

With every interpretation,
I am giving a new idea.

The world changes,
and I am allowed to change with it.

I spoke a few simple words,
and now you help me grow.

Mutual growth and learning.

Your lack of jealous ownership over your words is refreshing.

As long as they are not used in hate, why not?
This feels very heartfelt and as such reaches out to the reader. Well done.
