A freeze brings the sweet

Odd thing about citrus,

 the fruit needs some cold times.

Just a touch,

 if only to add some flavor.

After the freeze,

 you taste it.

Bring me in from the cold,

 and I will be sweet.

Yet,

 we them stay in the cold.
