Focus on each other

Many have been able to watch the show from a distance.

For some reason,

we can't help tearing ourselves apart.

Give us a unifying cause,

and we might come together.

So many causes,

each pushed by groups unwilling to listen.

Few hours left,

and I would like to say something.

Look at what all of this has done.

Distracted from the true problems.

Just watching the sideshow.

We should have been seeing.
