The confident walkA Poem by Jon Roggie
A friend of mine told me,
I don't walk. I strut. I told him there are reasons for that. I fractured one knee, and without the money for therapy, I overcompensated. Yes, I still don't know what I have done to the other one. The thing is I am not thinking about how I look. I am just concentrating on where I am placing my feet. Trust me. If a bear was chasing us, I would play dead. Keep running. Might distract the bear from me.
