I am not keen on the keep writing thing myself. I don't necessarily think it is meant as an insult, some people just don't realize how condescending that sounds to someone who has been writing 30+ years. Canned reviews are different than short reviews. I myself generally give shorter reviews, but they are always an original thought.:)

This was more blatant. What was worse, the same review was showing on a poem right next to mine on the feed. I admit, I have used the keep writing comment. In my defense, it is when the writer seems to be doubting their ability. Also, I was hot! AC down, and it was around 90 something at the time. On another point, I don't know what made me drag Baby Ricochet into it.

This time it was an actual copy and paste. I saw the same review on the feed. It is hard not to notice when the same words are about an inch apart. Also, this may have been heat induced. AC unit is being replaced, and being spoiled, I don't like the higher temps any more.

Are you getting repetitive copy paste reviews, with an added link of a different story or poem to read too by 1 specific writer? I am & it's annoying as hell too. I just deleted the reviews. I checked the last comment & the one left tonight, exactly the same words just a different link. Don't even read my stuff I feel like saying.. actually I doubt he is.

The one he sent you showed up on the feed next to one he sent me. Normally, I try to respond to reviews, but this one didn't feel right, and that was before I noticed the copy paste.

Legitimate writer with own blog link, I am just not a reviewer of stories or any writing unless I am led to it myself. I love reviews on my writings, just don't like the ones that are non personal & repetitively posted.. Stop by for a read if you will.. Have a great night. :)
