Day to day

I slipped.

I let it run away from me.

Emotions ran free.

I do not mind the words I said,

  only the mood in which they were spoken.

So,

 I try over.

Another lesson.

One learned ever again.

This happened to me recently. Or something similar.
Someone over stepped my boundaries and I stood up for myself.
I don't regret what I said or how I said it. But she is no longer a friend now.
Which I guess is ok because we should be able to stand up for ourselves and talk things through.
I just feel hurt is all but I'll get over it.

This is an instance which takes a bit of explanation. I let emotion take over the words. Events got to me, and led to a few writes. Nothing I regret, but all of the emotion seemed to take away from the meaning. It feels like something flashing before the eye, but not leaving an afterimage.
