It should be obvious by now,

 I don't put a lot of planning into these things.

There is a simple flow.

Emotion is a starter.

If you feel it...

  Words can follow.

Music sparking memories...

  You just move with the rhythm.

Silent contemplation...

  Chance to try and explain.

How it starts?

No reason.

I just suddenly know what to say.

i like this and relate well...i get a phrase a thought and then....the words just about write themselves...i don't have much to do with it...and i don't try to control or corral them....
