MotivesA Poem by Jon Roggie
I still say I ramble.
I talk about my dog. She adopted me. I have to pick her up when she chooses to sleep in my bed. What does this do with the first sentence? It adds background. Now, you know a little slice of my life. It may be a ramble, but the words show a part of yourself. What you show can be calculated. Yes, a bit of the cold is showing through. Innocent daydreams may have purpose. In the end, all goes back to the motive.
