I can still see the face

I can still see the face

A Poem by Jon Roggie

You could see hope,
  and innocence.

Looking back brings forth a smile.

Now,
  looking in the mirror.

I still see a glimmer.

Those glimmers can be dangerous. Hard to awake a dead fire. Nice flow of thoughts led to interesting ending. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.

Bit of introspection

I liked the introspection.
A nice way to be remembered ... with a smile. Short but deeply-felt, this piece:)
