Should I even try to give advice?

Should I even try to give advice?

A Poem by Jon Roggie

Let me try to be honest,
even though I know a bit of deception will slip in.

Sorry.
It was such an easy line.

Anyway,
  where was I?

Oh,
  yeah.

I guess it goes back to the honesty thing.

I can't lie on this one.
It hurts.

When a friend tells you,
  how can you respond?

I dislike giving advice. I believe everyone decide their place and life. Sometimes we must share advice. I try to make them make their own decisions. A very good poem. Left a lot for the reader to think about. Thank you Jon for sharing the excellent poetry.

Rambling is cool. Sometime we can ramble a masterpiece.
the best friends are the one who tells the truth, not just what we want to hear.

I have a good group of friends. We can be brutally honest to each other.
