Stepped back

I must be getting better at this.

Not the writing,

  just life.

If you don't agree about the writing part,

  I won't mind.

It is only when you hear some news,

  you might tend to get a bit angry.

I admit it,

  and I do try.

I have learned to step back for a moment.

Stop and think.

Don't let my feelings get away from me.

Pause.

While,

  in the moment,

    I can't help it.

I may calculate.
