I can't grasp it

I can't grasp it

A Poem by Jon Roggie

It is right in front of me,
 but fades.

I know I must continue,
 but it was so close!

Each random repetition is only practice.

Now,
  if I manage to accomplish,
    pause and think about it,
even a small part of my goal.

I fear I will not know.
