When the world stops turning

When the world stops turning

A Poem by Jon Roggie

Wait.
  Give me a moment.

I meant when we stop turning.

How often do simple beliefs seem to change?

This does not help.

Stones in the stream are unaffected by the current.

The stones are meant to direct the stream.

Beautiful! Lead by example and stay grounded...all else is but a whirlpool in the ocean we stem from :)

Thank you. I seem to be going off on some tangents. Once in awhile they seem to mean something!
but it won't stop turning...and those stones that once skipped across a lake, lie dormant now...and the current is slowing.

The current still runs, just misdirected. Of course, my eyes are fading.
