Call me distracted

Call me distracted

A Poem by Jon Roggie

I beg your pardon,
and it is a sorry excuse.

Words flit by,
  while life drags along.

Reality etches a mark,
leaving barely a moment to explain.

Sitting stunned,
  I feel so distracted.

Hi distracted :) you can call me anything but "too late to have dinner."

you wouldn't happen to have a extra set of "spare me" parts around there would you?

I try to set those aside. Let me see if I have any extra!

Thanks, hopefully enough to last the summer
i like that idea...life drags on but words do flit by....and words we didn't say come too little too late and much after it matters....
