Letting the rage steam away

Still a work in progress.

You can't hold it in,
  there has to be some kind of release.

Case in point.

Three hours in the office,
   and....

No.

   I will stop.

It would defeat the purpose.

Dwelling on anger,
  building the resentment,
     not worth a damn.

    trying to stay in the cooling rain

we rant to get it out, but then the rain stops and we are sweating all the stuff once again.
