Watching from the shadows

First,
  just to be clear,
    not trying to be a stalker.

Simple attempt at humor.

Back to the attempt of words.

Why do I only watch?
  Do you think that is all I do?

I do need to rest for a moment,
   and take the time to see what I can do next.

So,
  while I let my shell cool in the shadows,
     I watch.
