Am I egotistical?
  Not in my opinion.

I prefer to think I am confident.

Now,
  what I am confident about is another story.

What I do know,
  is my emotions are out of my control.

They take over my words,
   leaving me empty.

Does that mean I deny my words?

Let me see how I feel.

i like this journey into self-exploration....of ego, of confidence or acceptance and denial.

we let the words just flow...then we read ourselves to get a handle on how we feel...the poems don't usually lie.
