Just to be honest

I had almost attained the Quiet.

An explanation is required.

The Quiet is selfish.
   Focusing on yourself.

To put it quite simply,
  you all cause me pain.

The rage of emotions batter me.

Forced back into contact,
  simply overwhelmed.

I long for the Quiet.
