FeelingA Poem by Jon Roggie
I can feel a bit.
I notice pressure, and it leads to a gentle touch. Other than that, the nerves are gone. The fingertips are fried. Easy to understand, they have been burned so many times. Now, don't think the rest of my fingers have lost their feeling. In all honesty, there seems to be a compensation. The gentle touch of my fingertips, overwhelmed when you take my hand. © 2015 Jon Roggie |
