Look for the smile

Yes,
  another reach.

Why can't I try to be positive?

Just a slip of reason.

I search for it.
  Hidden in the darkest writes,
     there is a glimmer.

I look for the little bit of hope.

Maybe,
  a simple phrase,
     or a single word.

I find a view.

I look for a smile.
